"This place is amazing! There were 18 of us and plenty of space and seating for everyone and so much fridge/freezer space too. There is a charcoal BBQ area by the outdoor bar (both of which we made lots of use of) and the pool IS as big as it looks in the pictures!Location is fantastic too. Far out enough to feel private but an easy 10/15min drive either way to Protaras or Ayia Napa for restaurants, supermarkets etc (or the buses run every 15 mins throughout the day). At the sea caves, if you're able bodied and brave enough to climb down, there is a beautiful little lagoon perfect for swimming and at the top a lovely man called Andreas sells the best haloumi burgers in the world from his shack.The property offered 11 double beds, 2 of the pool-side units having another double bed in the living area, the basement room was not in use and some of the decor has been updated since the photos. The jacazzi bath is out of order.Overall, would definitely recommend and wish I was still there! "

"Stay here with my wife to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The room was nice, clean and the bathroom walls are a very clever design. The staff were friendly and very helpful in making our stay as relaxing as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing location"

"The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent."

"Atmosphere is unique - in this house you will find so much art and cuteness, that you will keep checking the corners. Also, every evening you will want to hang out under the sycamore tree and view into the sea. Thank you very much for the stay here."

"Check in was really easy. Host was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and had an engineer out Easter Monday and new one delivered on the Tuesday. Also had issue with pool heating and again someone was out the same day. Location was good but you do need a car.There was a loaf of bread, butter and jam as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a litre of milk when we got there. "
