"My stay started out very rocky but the night manager was amazing! Mary the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our room. Breakfast was amazing! The entire staff were very accommodating. The hotel is near the city center, ladies it's a shoppers paradise! We stayed in the Jr Suite which was very spacious. "We only spent one night here and arrived in the evening. The hotel is very nice and had a small restaurant where we had dinner. The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport. "
