"This property is well run with friendly staff who know how to please their guests. A great breakfast every day for 16 consecutive days at this wellness hotel without noisy kids was a delight for us. We were supposed to be on a cruise but an accident happened to my wife enroute which meant this hotel was our bolt hole for recovery of a displaced hip. "We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

"The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The girl who checked us in and all the staff were professional, helpful and always available. The entire property was truly amazing. Words can't describe the beauty and character of it. It must be seen in person to appreciate. Amazing is the best word to describe it, and I highly recommend that if you can, stay at...
