Contemporary Villa with Pool – Close to Beaches and Lake – 8 People

Welcome to this beautiful contemporary villa located on the Landes coast, just 7 km from sandy beaches and 2 km from Lake Soustons/Azur. Nestled in a quiet residential area at the edge of the forest, this independent single-storey house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



The spacious (130 m²) and bright accommodation comfortably hosts up to 8 people. It features a large 40 m² living area with lounge (sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer). The master suite has a queen-size bed (160x200), private bathroom, and WC. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140 cm). You will also find a second bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate WC, an entrance with office space, a utility room with washing machine, and a private garage (34 m²). Air conditioning is available throughout the house for optimal comfort.



Outside, enjoy a private, fully fenced 690 m² garden with a heated private pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m), secured by an alarm and accessible from mid-May to the end of September. A large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue awaits you.



Included services: bed linen, towels and household linen provided, water and electricity included, baby equipment available (travel cot and high chair), easy parking (garage and courtyard).
