"The staff was helpful and personable. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a corner room with a view of the harbor. I did not use the parking but came in from the airport by Light Rail and was able to walk a couple of blocks to the hotel and I requested a Lyft ride back to the airport."

"We came to Baltimore for the BTS concert and overall, we were happy with the hotel, especially the location. However, we were disappointed that our room only had one set of towels in the bathroom when there were two registered guests in the room and the bathroom was wet with water dripping from the air vent in the ceiling during the night while we were sleeping. It was not a very pleasant experience accidentally stepping in water in front of the toilet. Since ours was only a one night stay, we told the hotel staff of our situation on our way out and we didn’t make a fuss."

"Nice hotel located in the perfect spot to get into Baltimore's inner harbor. Hotel parking is a bit pricey but for the convenience, I was okay paying. Room was nice and clean, though the toilet had trouble flushing (had to flush a couple of times). Staff was nice and helpful"
