Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . Clean , spacious , windows overlook central atrium ( no outside windows - authentic riad ) Cons: Not like a hotel - so even though front desk services are supposed to be from 7 - 11, it’s hit or miss if reception will answer your call . 3 min walk to riad from car through a stone w from

Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items.

Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!
