"We had a wonderful experience. We rented a car from TCI because we like to visit different beaches. (Taylor Bay, Grace Bay, Turtle Tail, Jacks Cooper, Leeward, etc). The view from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning. The owner provided two camping chairs, and a small cooler that we packed our lunch in each day. The condo kitchen is well appointed so we cooked in a couple of nights and went to the local fish fry Thursday night. We also ate at the Pork Shack, Mango Reef at the turtle cove marina, and Rickie’s FLamingo Bar for beautiful sunset. The condo is in a great location if you plan to rent a car which we recommend. The pool is beautiful and clean but we went to a beach everyday. We would definitely stay at this complex again and in this unit. "

"This appears to be a timeshare. Exterior well kept. Interior aged and outdated. Very few people there. Limited things to do nearby. One of two units no hot water. Shower heads in both units needed to be replaced; caked with debris and water not coming out. No telling if they had ever been replaced "

"We went upscale on this vacation and went for a junior suite facing the beach was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The various restaurants provided a good variety on menu and cost. Yoga on the beach was so relaxing for mind and body."

"This was my first time staying at the lodgings and it was good. The room is nice but abit too cold for me though i turned the AC of but seems it didnt turn off. Very nice place and i must give kudos to the owners and talents to upkeep and run the place. But, there are a few fixtures needed to the place. These are small details in the room that need attention. "

"This villa is absolutely beautiful!! Very well laid out, with plenty of room and a gorgeous setting with the most amazing views. I highly recommend this villa! Don was incredible he was extremely helpful, accommodating and communicated regularly to make sure everything was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again someday! T"

"Property is well situated. Feels private and quiet. Safe as well. Clean. Plenty if things to do. Gym is clean and well maintained. "

"This is the cutest little bungalow. Overlooking a great view of a beautiful pool and ocean (you’re just uphill from beach). Well appointed. Just a darling looking condo. All amenities present—hairdryer, kitchen with coffee pot and fridge and stove. Has shower with tub. Beach chairs and towels provided. Pool is large. We didn’t use the fitness room but one was there. Good location near turtle bay and smiths reef and airport is about 10-15 min. Would definitely stay again."

"This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if you’re travelling in the near future. "
