"Excellent Beach view"

"Rock House was divine! Truly the Capri of the Carribbean. We had the private toom with its own pool and that was next level relaxation experience. The food: exquisite. The people: brilliantly attentive. Honest issue: breaker went iff on one circuit twice. Unsure why. But that was the only hiccup. We’ll keep going for a truly deep relaxation experience, we now delightfully call “manatee mode”!"

"I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. The main drawback is the location. It’s a bit removed from downtown and the main tourist areas, so we found ourselves needing taxis for most outings, which added up quickly. There’s no on-site food or alcohol service, which was disappointing—especially since it would have been nice to relax by the pool with a drink. The beach is about an 8-minute walk, though the hotel does offer golf cart transportation and bicycles, which helps. There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby, but overall the area feels quiet and somewhat isolated—particularly when traveling with kids and wanting easy access to activities. That said, if you’re looking for a more remote, low-key, and relaxing experience, this hotel is a great option. Overall, it’s a very nice property with excellent rooms and great staff. Staying here made us realize we prefer being closer to a busier area, so I’m not sure we’d stay again, but I would still recommend it depending on what kind of trip you’re looking for."

"Nice place to stay for a brief period. Place was dated, but was clean and useable. Food wasnt all that but it can pass. Staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again but they need to update the place a lttle more. Other than that thumbs up on the stay"

"Property was very nice and clean. It was a locked gate with security at all hours which felt very safe. Our room had no window. Staff allowed us breakfast our first day, then next day said we did not pay for it and could only have coffee. The next day, they told us we could not have any coffee. We were not given an option to pay extra for the breakfast through the expedia package (flight/stay/car). Staff hosted a personal party one day and did not allow us to use the pool or the kitchen microwave. Our room was randomly cleaned without any warning on our last day- in which they left our door open and unlocked. I wish it was more clear when booking about the breakfast. Overall a good stay. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The pool was sparkling, clean and very refreshing. The location was about 10 minutes from various beaches. Each room had very comfortable beds great air-conditioning and TVs with various apps. I stayed with my husband and my two children ages 12 and 10 who shared the second bedroom. The food preparation area is very basic with a mini fridge and a microwave. The host was able to bring us plates cups, mugs, and silverware. He provides bottled filtered water through a dispenser. There was a grill outside, but we did not use it. There was a lovely wraparound covered veranda, where we ate our breakfast each morning. The home was very secure with a locked gate and in a safe neighborhood. We saved a lot of money by staying here and splurged on boat excursions and dinners out. The home is also on a canal and my nature loving 10-year-old loved looking at the fish. The host was very friendly and responsive and he stays on the main home on site but we had plenty of privacy. The pool was for our use only the entire time that we were there."

"We booked this place for a 40th birthday with 7 couples and it was the perfect space for us. The villa is spacious and the rooms facing the beach had beautiful views, especially the upper rooms. I wish we had known about the heated pool option as it was a bit cold while we were there but a few friends still enjoyed it. There is plenty of seating outdoor and one of the days we enjoyed an outdoor bbq. We enjoyed the beachfront which was a few steps away and the water was clear and clean. There are beach chairs and a cabana to relax in. Only one thing to be mindful of is there were a couple of professional photo groups taking kayak photos right next to us. The villa comes with kayaks and life jackets which we used to kayak out to the reefs to see fishes. The staff was amazing! Ruel was a great butler who made a few store runs for us along with any requests and Andrei the chef, cooked us delicious meals everyday! Laundry was done daily and kept everything clean. I loved that we could customize the menu daily while we stayed there. I would highly recommend this place!"
