"Communication with host was good except i did not receive final checkin instructions till after 4 pm check-in only after calling and leaving a message, which wasn't returned. Location was close to beach which was good. Carpets in bedrooms are dirty and need replaced."

"Loved staying here and being so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Seemed like everything was only a 5 min walk away! The house was great and had everything we needed including a backyard for our dog which she loved! Host responded very quickly for the one question we had. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Beds were clean and comfortable. Close proximity to beach and shops which is what we wanted. Staff was good. The floors were dirty/sandy when we arrived and surfaces could be cleaner, but it was midnight after a long day so we just rolled with it. Every towel rack and hook was broken which was challenging. Some, updates are needed, but overall I would stay again. We basically just sleep and shower in our hotel on vacation so it worked for us"

"We absolutely fell in love with Tybee Island and this rental. You truly cannot beat this amazing location. It is within walking distance of all the local restaurants and bars, and the beach access point is directly in front of the unit—just steps from the sand. In fact, we only used our car once the entire trip to visit the lighthouse. The charming decor made us feel right at home, and the layout was the perfect size for our family. We also loved the spacious outdoor areas, especially having three different decks to choose from. Being pet-friendly provided the opportunity for us to bring our pup, making this trip even more enjoyable. Even though dogs are not allowed on the beach, there were many dog-friendly establishments and places to take Gus on walks to explore. We had an incredible vacation and look forward to making this a regular spot for our family trips for years to come."

"All of the positive comments were spot on!There is a spacious porch, spacious rooms and bathrooms, convenient laundry, well stocked kitchen, and living room with plenty of games and activities. This condo is located on a quiet side street with easy parking underneath the condo, which is on the second floor accessible via the steps. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaraunts! Just a short drive to a number of great historical sites and other activities both on and off tybee island!"
