"Was very clean!"

"The room weren’t as clean. Their was handprints of prior guest on pictures hanging on the room dust on the bathroom vanity and things where not wipe down. The staff was amazing very friendly and help when needed. "

"The walls of the unit need to be repainted. The floor is buckling in places. There is dirty and missing grout. The shower door needed readjusting to prevent water from splashing on to the floor. The sliding door in the bedroom does not open. The garbage disposal repeatedly backed up emitting brown, foul-smelling water. The dishtowels and many of the bath towels are dingy. The sheer curtains in the living / kitchen area afford no privacy. Our sleep was disrupted most nights by the loud thumping of footsteps from renters in the unit above. "

"I really enjoyed this property! It was quiet and perfectly out of the way to still be involved in everything Tybee has to offer. My mom and I stayed for a girls trip. The bathroom sink stopped working but we were given a discount for the trouble which we appreciated. We would definitely stay again!"

"This property is ideally located close to the beach and restaurants. It is clean and well-appointed, with plenty of space for a family. We enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island here and would rent the property again if we return."

"The stairs were a pain to carry our luggage and supplies. Kitchen was lacking in many necessary items to cook. It was apparent that the owner does not spend any time here, nor does the propery manager does not really check on the unit, they just send in the housekeepers to get it ready for the next renters."
