Best Western Ebbw Vale
I stayed in room 15, it was horrible. Bathroom didnt have an external vents or a fan. Massive gap at the bottom of the door, very poorly maintained room.

Romantic quirky cottage in Hay On Wye
The host were extremely helpful and responsive. The cottage was well located for Hay On Wye, it was also well equipped. The only slight negative is the road noise if you aren't used to it.
