"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "The staff are friendly, thr breakfast is good plenty of choice etc .. I feel the hotel rooms need a refurb the room we stayed in was very tired looking cigarette burns on the counters the tv bracket was broken so the tv was massively out of level . The bathroom was really old looking. For the price I’d have expected a lot more "

"The hotel is vibrant and funky. The room was very small, but fine for what we needed as we weren't spending much time there other than to sleep. Beds only had one pillow each when we checked in, but the front desk sent up more promptly when we requested---the staff was very responsive and helpful overall. "
