"Great place to stay for an authentic Austrian alpine experience in an idyllic, quiet mountain valley. "

"The staff were very helpful! They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was once a real palace, and the room was gorgeous! And the air conditioning worked great, with the weather turning hot."
