"Wir haben mehrere Wochen hier verbringen dürfen und waren sehr beeindruckt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend mit herrlichem Blick bis in die Pfalz und auf der anderen Seite direkt in den Wald. Alles war sehr sauber und mit hochwertigen Produkten bestückt. Die Gastgeber wurden zu guten Freunden und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Auch die 5 Katzen der Gastgeber sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Man sieht sie aber normalerweise überhaupt nicht. Nur auf Nachfrage ;-) "

The payment and check in process was not typical for VRBO - it was run by a third party agency for the owner, and you had to check a confirmation email sent by them at time of booking to get the owner's contact info and arrange payment. I didn't have the confirmation email sent six months prior handy when I tried to check...
