"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

"Auch bei dem zweiten Aufenthalt waren wir wieder sehr begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Räume sind groß, modern und vorallem sauber - auch im Sommer war es angenehm kühl, man konnte auch alle Rolläden komplett dunkel verschließen. Das Einchecken (Abholung der Schlüssels am Haus) ist kinderleicht und alles andere ist seibsterklärend. "Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Florian ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer für einen netten Austausch da. Mit seinem guten Geschmack hat er die Wohnung so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Sogar ein Fahrrad um kurz in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Super Lage, nicht weit ins Zentrum mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele tolle Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Cons: ... dass ich so schnell wieder abreisen...

"Pros: Nach dem einfachem Check-in, per Zahlencode an der Tür, standen wir in einer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinen 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küchenzeile und tollem Duschbad. "We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "
