We were pleasantly surprised to find out that a not only breakfast was included but it also included a gourmet dinner. Our waitress was so kind and friendly. "Beautiful, nicely situated hotel. Staff was terrific. Especially the hard-working and friendly dining room and housekeeping personnel. I booked a single room and was shocked to find a twin bed built into the wall. Huge uncomfortable until staff provided a topper the next day. Still felt unbelievably small and Spartan, especially considering the price of the room No pool and the sauna was incredibly unimpressive. A sunken hot tub, plunge tub, green wet tile everywhere. Very closed in, dark and so unininviting I lasted only 10 minutes. Breakfast was only OK, and not near the choices and presentation I’ve found in almost every other four-star hotel I’ve stayed in. Except for my room, the hotel truly was beautiful and incredibly well located. And staff could not have been more helpful."
