"Ask for room 8.14. The room was huge, an open plan suite, with enormous wrap around balconies, and the best views available across the town and up to San Remo. The bathroom was adequate and the hotel surprisingly lacks some facilitiez - spa, gym, that might otherwise be expected for it's size and modernity. Still had the 'new' smell, very vlean, geeat staff, highly recommended."

"The house was exactly as described with masses of space for 7 of us. The pool was wonderful, and the air conditioning very welcome in the August heat! The location was great, close to Arezzo but very private.Thanks for having us "

"The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing but the fact they charge for breakfast and the drinks in the fridge is beyond ridiculous as these things should be included in the accomodation. Not only that but upon check in nobody made it aware to me that there was a tourist tax that wasn't included in the accomidation price. Once checked out and waiting for my bus. They sent a man out to get me to bring me back just to pay for a tourist tax that I truly didn't mind paying. But the fact it was never mentioned shows how horrible the service is at this establishment"
