Hotel is in an excellent location very close to the cathedral.
Bells were NOT chiming on the hour so sleep was not interupted. This is an “older” hotel with charm and character, with easy walking to cafes, bars, restaurants, river, Old Town and El Cid statue.
Room was a good size with view towards cathedral and adjacent square. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of items, which should suit most guests.
The only downside was that taxis cannot pull up direcectly outside the reception. The access road is on a slightly higher level with a few steps down to the entrance. This may be an issue for some elderly guests or those with a lot of luggage.
In summary, a good hotel in a good location, recommended.
