"What to say. The team could not have been anymore welcoming. There was an issue with the booking but we were upgraded. We had to move rooms but they did all the work. Super helpful, attentive, great with tips and tricks for our visits, and the breakfast was huge! Car looked after and ready when needed (and trust me you don’t want to worry about parking in Palermo). Would recommend to anyone. "

"This is a building over 200 years old that was renovated and modernized while keeping parts of it's history. Very charming. The rooms are 1st class and the host very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of many of the cities top attractions, including the airport bus."

"The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues overall a very pleasant...

"Beautiful palace converted to Rental in the heart of the city, walkable to all the main attractions very helpful staff always available to answer questions and help with restaurant bookings and activities. Long flight of stairs, but they help with all the baggage and they help with car parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We spent 9 days in this beautiful home in March of 2024. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole home had been freshly painted. Communication with Antonio was easy and he even made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant down the road. We were able to do several day trips from this location close to Palermo but the best hours were spent on the terrace watching the fishing boats, paddlers, sailboats etc out on the sea. The pictures don’t do justice to the wonderful views. Daytime...

"Nothing to do in the area."

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
