People are really caring about your comfort and are always willing to help. The place basically brand new, rooms are big and cozy at the same time, and everything is sparkling clean. I would recommend anyone to stay in this place.

Great location for walking to sites! Gorgeous new hotel with large rooms best mattress and pillows. So clean too. Kitchen for tea, coffee and water. Staff is amazingly friendly and breakfast was included.

Not all old remodeled Italian villas are as beautifully done as this one. From the elevator to all levels to the sound proof windows this remodel was well done. The staff were friendly and helpful

Nice but...

Very nice modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Our negative was the location. Felt removed from the center of activity. We prefer to be closer to the shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed this BnB very much. Positives were the room size, the location and the superb restaurant on the ground floor. Recommendations would be different towels, some artwork on the spartan walls and some rugs on the tile floors. These would make the property a 5 star recommendation.

We loved this place. The room were HUGE and the breakfast was really great. It is walking distance to many things such as shopping and restaurants and is in a quiet area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palermo. It’s in a perfect spot, as it’s not right in the middle of the city, but close enough to walk and you don’t get the crazy city noise! Our the manager/owner was an absolute gentleman and is super passionate about the city so will give you all the best tips on where to go. Such a good place and would recommend to anyone.
