"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and brand new, with gorgeous, comfortable amenities and an amazing view of the lake. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is perfect—right in the center of Colico and very close to the train station, which made getting around Lake Como so easy. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses"

"Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. It’s an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasn’t really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."

"My pillows had a weird smell to them. There is no one usually at the property so make sure you clear your dues the first time you meet. The location is very good, very close to the station, however the town and place itself is pretty dead, if you’re travelling by yourself I would suggest to stay at a lively place, cause this can get depressing. The property is also kept dark."
