"This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10. "

Vincenzo is the host at the restaraunt! He smiles at you and ensures you feel welcomed. When you hug to say goodbye, you know it was a great stay. Be good to the staff and they will be great to you."

Each morning began with a delicious breakfast—always fresh, beautifully presented, and offering a delightful variety. Our room was spotless and refreshed daily, providing a cool and comfortable retreat. The location is ideal: just a short walk into town for shopping or dining, and only five minute walk to the train station if you're heading to Sorrento, Pompeii, or Naples. Capri is also easily accessible by boat for a scenic day trip. After exploring, we loved unwinding with a perfectly crafted Limoncello Spritzer, courtesy of the attentive staff. And don’t miss “Pizza Night”—it’s an absolute must. The pizza was hands-down the best we’ve ever tasted, paired with lively entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Villa Ketty exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend it."
