Rick has a garage full of ANY of your needs for the pool and beach. You can swim out to the reef to see lots of fish and we were all blest find a sea turtle! The house and guest house worked perfectly for 8 adults and an infant. Rick is super to work with and Michelle was the best helping us get settled into the house. "
