Cuenta con con 2 habitaciones, la habitación principal tiene tv smart de 36 y ventilador, patio delantero y trasero, 1 baño, Wi-fi, parrilla, lava ropa automático, plancha.
Muy fácil acceso desde todas las rutas de Acceso a la ciudad, a 2 cuadras de la ruta, a 15 minutos del centro y a 10 del aeropuerto y la terminal de ómnibus, la línea 13x de colectivo que va al centro pasa por la puerta y por los hospitales y las universidades, tiene un mercadito en frente, barrio muy tranquilo de gente trabajadora y seguro lejos del ruido de la ciudad. La casa esta totalmente amurada con muro de 2 metros, rejas, alarma y cámaras de seguridad en el exterior que pueden verse desde el televisor del living, los huéspedes usan Food para hacer pedidos, esta a pocas cuadras del hospital mas importante de la region.
