"Wir waren seit doch einiger Zeit wieder einmal Gast hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir jeweils zu den Heimspielen des FCA gehen, sind wir darauf angewiesen, das Gepäck im Hotel zu deponieren. Das ist im Rugs Hotel möglich....aber es kostet 18 Euro ...... unverschämt und unverständlich!!!"

"We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay. Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required "

" Was only there one night so we really didn’t use the kitchen, rooms we nice and bathroom was clean. I just didn’t like the process of trying to get a code for the room so late and then looking for the address on the street in the rain. Location services could have been better. "

"Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Check-in hat gut geklappt. Man muss nur den Aufzug nehmen und kommt dann direkt zur Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und schnell. In der Wohnung gab es keine Infos zu Parkplätzen, erst auf Anfragen wurde uns gesagt welcher Stellplatz und wo der Schlüssel für die Garage ist.Leider hatte der Schlüssel aber gefehlt, trotzdem wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. (Es gibt nur einen Stellplatz in der Garage obwohl die Wohnung für 8 Personen ist und vermutlich oft auch 2 Autos kommen).Wir waren im Grunde zufrieden mit der Wohnung, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren und sie nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Leider sind einige Sachen kaputt zum Beispiel ist eine Klobrille auf einer Seite komplett gebrochenen, was wirklich etwas nervig ist. In der Küche sind mache Griffe ab und den Wasserhahn kann man kaum benutzen."
