"The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. We skipped the restaurant on the second day and drove 40 minutes to a dominos. The breakfast advertised was buffet. This was not the case. All I was offered was eggs and toast....

"Have been staying at this resort many times. Always impeccable service. Resort manager Ms. Preeti is one of the best, she runs the place with a woman’s touch. Love staying there. Great rooms, good food, incredible views and excellent staff. "

"It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. "
