"Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended I traveled to Guangzhou with my family, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The receptionist impressed us with her ability to speak multiple languages, including excellent English, which made the check‑in process smooth and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. We were close to downtown and surrounded by many of Guangzhou’s best shopping areas. Being only 15 minutes from Guangzhou Railway Station made transportation extremely convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us many dining options. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was consistently excellent. The staff truly exceeded my expectations throughout the stay. I want to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Daria. I had topped up my local SIM card but was unable to complete the payment because both Alipay and WeChat were not allowing the transaction. Daria kindly stepped in and helped me process the payment using her own service. Her kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference and left a lasting impression. The breakfast was unbelievable. Every morning, new items were added, and the variety was truly top‑notch. It felt like a fresh culinary experience each day. Another great advantage was the free laundry room, equipped with enough washers and dryers for guests — a rare and extremely convenient feature for travelers. Next time I visit Guangzhou, I will definitely return."

"Loved our stay at the hotel! Location is impeccable, located within walking distance to great food places and a subway station if you seek to venture further.
