"The hotel is really nice but I believe the five star depends on what you paid for. We stayed in the East tower in a room with ocean view but no balcony which is not as great as the rooms next to us that had that feature. Windows do open which is nice. "The room was beautiful however the floors were dirty and they could improve in this area. Some stains in the carpet, sofa and pillow. The washer and dryer was a plus but again it was really dirty. The property amenities were great and staff was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was nice."
