"El personal de limpieza no tan amable, se molestan cuando le pides cosas, nunca preguntaron si necesitaba algo. No había hielo y cada vez que pedí toallas limpias decían que estaban lavándolas. Un poco de más cordialidad porque no todos somos iguales."

"Room was clean, had small ants at times. The beach and pool access are both very nice. Do not plan on going in the water very far as it has rocky shoreline. Location was great, if you rent a car be prepared to pay for valet or expensive parking near by."

"The rooms were large, separate spaces and always cleaned. The staff were very warm and hospitable. The breakfast was very filling, but lacked options for vegetarians & pescatarians. Maybe an ethnic native dish like Bacalao could be added. Also some improvements are needed with their fruit salads at breakfast, essentially there weren’t any. The pools were safe for families, clean and well kept. The beach was interesting, feeling the kelp under your feet. The rich marine activity between the kelp is great for snorkeling in the shallow waters. The bar at the pool was great. The front desk should advise guests about the RideShare options at the resort, Lyft is difficult to get, we waited over an hour then cancelled. Later we learned that Uber is the better option in Dorado. Finally, great hotel, enjoyable experience and warm staff. Will visit again 100%"
