My stay was wonderful! Room was small but it honestly has everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very nice, they were always asking if you need anything or if you’re doing okay. Towels were frequently changed. They even allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby after checkout. Location is perfect! So many shops, restaurants, brunch, smoothie places plus you’re right by the beach 😊 My first trip to Puerto Rico fue bellisima ❤️

This was my 3rd time coming to Puerto Rico and this hotel stay was the very best. Shout out to Jose who checked me In and was very accommodating and welcoming. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO Kyhan. Upon speaking to him he just started at the hotel. Went above and beyond to change and fix my Air Conditioner that would not cut off and was leaking water in the room. His sense of urgency was above and beyond. He will definitely make a huge impact there with his service and professionalism.

A hidden gem. The property is always clean, very welcoming staff and walking distance to Condado beach. Although it does not have parking if you want to explore outside Condado, this place is a must if you don’t plan to rent a car.

Amazing staff. Great AC. Wonderful & safe location. Staff was excellent at giving recommendations for dining, coffee, etc. No matter the time of day, the staff was great. Hot showers, comfortable bed. Garage valet parking next door at Marriott for $28. Really cool building. We only slept there and got ready in the mornings and the room was perfect for that.
