Villa Leticija

This holiday home for up to 9 people is located in the quiet and idyllic district of Hreljin. The house has been awarded 5 stars and offers everything you need for a successful summer holiday.
On the ground floor with access to the pool area and terrace, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cosy living room, a bathroom, a sauna and a small fitness room. From the living area, the kitchen and the fitness room there is direct access to the pool area with sea views. The first floor can be reached via an internal staircase and an external staircase.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies with sea views. The smaller, covered balcony is 2.5 m² in size, the larger one 11 m².
Each bedroom has its own safe, satellite TV and is air-conditioned.
The outdoor area consists of a children's playground behind the house, a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a small bar on 50 m² and, to top it all off, the wonderful pool area with sea view. The summer kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink and 2 hotplates. The barbecue is a charcoal grill. The firewood for the barbecue is provided by the landlord. The pool can be heated so that it can also be used in colder temperatures. On the 30 m² pool terrace there are 8 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower, which is heated by the sun's heat. The whole house has wifi reception. The hot water is supplied by solar energy.
