"It had bare minimum cleaning things where very dusty and the containers in the shower had soap on the outside the bottles. The cleaning walked in the room unannounced at 3:40pm after I had been gone all day when check in is at 3pm. The toilet paper rack was coming out the wall and the poeople that stayed beside us where yelling at 2am at each other. I WANT STAY THERE AGAIN"
"Newer property.
No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There's convenience items for sale adjacent to the check in desk, you ring yourself up at a kiosk like at Walmart. No ice machines in the hallway. There are icemakers in the rooms inside the fridges, but takes a while to get them going.
Staff did just enough to work the desk, not overly friendly, didnt go out of way. Perhaps the property hasnt had time to develop its vibe, kind of cold.

"Elevator was out of service and our room was on the 4th floor.... hot tub was drained and sectioned off for construction. Air conditioner was really loud. "
"We really liked staying here. Breakfast was good, room was great and cool. Big enough for us and our kids and their medical needs. Location was great. Felt safe. Not a noisy area. Son enjoyed the indoor pool. Property and room were clean.
The night time check in lady wasn’t very friendly. "
"The location of this hotel is great as it's close to the highway and the Colorado Grill that has a great Cowboy Rib Eye Pork Chop so we have stayed there two times on our way back from Florida. The building is dated and the walls are not very sound proof. The Holiday Inn Express Hotels are great for the large counters in the bathroom, their breakfasts are usually pretty good and the beds have always been so comfortable! This hotel is really cutting back, however. I felt like the lotion and the shampoo and conditioner were watered down."
"The property is quite old, and my bathroom was falling apart in areas near the floor where water was.
Mine was an accessible room. I am in a wheelchair. Many things were placed too high for me to reach. The seat in the tub was placed too far back to reach the shower head. A person would have to stand on the slick shower floor to reach it. I was on the 3rd floor, waaaay in the back. In a fire, I would not have had a chance of getting out. Maybe all accessible rooms on the 1st floor?
The breakfast was outstanding. Cudos to the chef. I loved that the mattress was sealed in a protective cover.
Renovation of such a huge property had to have its challenges!"
"The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was good; bacon, eggs, French toast strips, bagels, toast. Definitely a nice variety. We had a suite made for accessibility and it was nice and spacious. The only thing we noticed is the beds are low and not firm, could be due to the accessibility. Overall great stay! Would stay again! "
"The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. Once I got to the pool area and found the hot tub not working I called the front desk I was told there was a maintenance man coming to fix it. I waited hopefully for quite a while but no one came. A fellow guest then told me that it had been broken the night before as well. This part of my trip was very disappointing and had I known the hot tub wasn’t working I would have stayed at a different hotel for half the cost and half the distance from my destination. "
Cozy 4-bedroom cabin with a private lake. Pet Friendly...
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was very comfortable and welcoming with everything needed. Kitchen had everything available for just about any cooking needs and furniture was the most comfortable furniture Ive had in a rental cabin. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely be using again. Robert L. Baker"
