"Hotel building looked almost new. Staff was always friendly and welcomed you on the way in and greeted you as you walked out. Indoor pool was great amenity, along with the breakfast. Room was spacious, clean, big TV, etc. Would definitely come back again if visit this town."

"Rooms are in need of an updating and a thorough cleaning. They smelled musty front desk at check-in. There was a line of six people with nobody behind the desk."

"This is property that needs some focus by Wyndham. The gentleman that checked us in was great. The room was a kitchenette no pots, pans, no glasses, no plates, no utensils. Upon opening the draws they were stained and a few mouse droppings. Upon turning the bed back the sheets were dirty and very thin (you could see through them and holes in them. The floor was dirty with foot prints on them. The TV remote had no back cover to cover the batteries and TV channels always seemed to be showing old movies. We called down to the front desk and spoke to the gentleman that checked us in to let him know the issues, he said no house keeping on duty so we would have to come down to get clean sheets. We have taken photos of the room and the sheets. We will never stay here again. Hoping the General Manger H.P. Will do right by us. We also sent a complaint to Wyndham as well."

"Clean room with comfortable bed. The staff was awesome. The front desk was so friendly from the moment I walked in the door. We had a small issue that was handled very quickly. They were so helpful. They actually had bacon for breakfast! They were just as friendly as we were leaving. I would stay their again while visiting TN."

"Very well kept hotel, very clean room. Just one issue, which is understandable, carpet needs cleaning, but everything in the room is very clean. You can tell that this hotel is well kept, parking area to the front entrance."
