"The room was clean, bedbug-free, and spacious. The staff, especially Sadie at the Front Counter, were wonderful. There were some issues in the room but Sadie took care of it all. One of our travel team got ill and a member of the housekeeping team took care of the person in a kind and respectful manner (NOT part of her job, but still did it). We were VERY happy with our stay!"
