"In short, our stay was great! The home overlooks lake isabella and the mountains behind it. Gorgeous 😍. 20 minutes up the road is Alta sierra, a ski slope. 2 hours from there is the trail of 100 giants. Great location. Wood interior of the house is beautiful. Cookware is limited, but still able to make a fabulous dinner. Recommend allergy medicine as the dirt generates dust and pollen from the trees. "Friendly greeting from host upon arrival. Room was clean. View from the balcony overlooking the river was beautiful and the stars at night were incredible. Parking can be a little tight when the hotel is full, but it's minor and I'd still highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Kernville."
