"Had a extra twin bed in my room but mattress was not covered with a sheet so the stains were visible. If there were a few needed up keep to the room I had , it could have been an easy 10. The Space on the right side of the receptionist desk is too dark, doesn't give you a nice welcome and tables and chairs pushed together feels like you are looking at a storage room in the lobby Staff was very friendly and greeted you entering or leaving.
