掲示物は日本語表示が多かったが、従業員はほとんど現地の方だった。付いている朝食は日本料理も多くパンや現地の料理もあり満足した。部屋にある壁据え置きのドライヤーがしばらく熱風を出していると動かなくなり、翌日には復活する。ちょっと設備は古く感じたが、直結でSM-Jモールがあり食事には困らない。 清掃はしっかりしているようではあるがいつも髪の毛が1本だけベッドや浴室に残っていたことが残念。 空港行きの無料シャトルバスが朝6時から夜11時まであり空港への迎えもやってくれるが前日までの予約が必要とのことで当日まで知らなくて残念だった。

フロントの女性たちがとても好感度高く、総合は星満点にさせていただきました。ただ、施設が古いせいか、とても小さい蟻が何匹もいて、ティッシュでつまんでもまた現れて…という状態だったこと、トイレの便器の蓋が自動的に閉まってしまい、用を足すとき不便だったことは、次回までの改善を望みます。 部屋のコンセントも古いことが原因なのか、充電器を挿すときに、ポンという軽い音と光がみえたので、こわくて相談した時は、スタッフの男性がすぐきてくれて、不安がってる私に、自分自身のスマホを充電させてみせて「大丈夫ですよ」と言って、漏電してないことを丁寧に説明してくれたこともとても良かったです。

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. Some of the painting around the doors looked like it was done by children. The toilets were tiny and very hard to get up from. The breakfast was great. The whole place was overpriced!

2回目の利用になります。１日目にシャワーがお湯にならず水で我慢して翌朝フロントに言ったら即対応して頂きました。また部屋の窓から外のバイクの音が気になりましたのと湿気がありました。 朝食もカレーやひじきやおにぎりなど日本人に合った物が沢山あり十分満足できました。また使いたいホテルです。

立地は最高ですし、送迎のシャトルバスがあるのも便利。 ただ部屋が何かかび臭いような臭いがして、交換を頼みましたが、満室とのことでデオドラントを噴霧してくれました。が、外出から戻ると臭いが籠もっています。 それだけが、どうしても辛かったですが、スタッフさんはみな凄く感じがいいです。 消臭剤持ってまたこようかなと思います

空港からのシャトルサービスが無料だったので、自分で手配する必要もなく安心して入国することができた。また朝食がセットになっていたので、フィリピンフードと日本食の両方とも食べることができてとても良かった。味は少し濃いがまあまあだった。基本的には日替わりメニューだったので、朝食時間が楽しみだった。それからSMJモールと直結しているのでとても便利で、清掃もきちんとしていた。

日本の東横と違って、シャンプーとリンスが分かれて無いから気になる人は持って行った方が良い。 個人的には食事はセブが一番おいしいと思う。 海外なら韓国、国内では４件行った事しか無いけど。 これはフィリピン全部に言える事だけど、タイ米が美味しいと思えるかどうかが大半を占めるけど。 今の日本人で「国産の新米以外はまずい」なんて洗脳が解けた人は多いでしょ？w

The breakfast buffet is decent but they did run out of garlic rice for a number of days. We stayed here before 8 years ago so decided to stay here again this trip. Major disappointment this time. The toilet seat was broken. The lamp was broken. The shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. The issues were corrected after complaining multiple times. Several of floor tiles in the room were loose and coming up. The Manager, Jonawana was very unfriendly and had little to no concern for the needs of the guests. Be well aware that no visitors are allowed in your room and you will be charged extra for any visitors. Also be well aware that the pool was not available for use and probably won’t be for years to come as it is under “construction”. Can’t and won’t recommend anyone to do business with Toyoko Inn.
