This is the second time ive stayed. Staff were great as always. When arrived fridge was not working and they were straight on to it to get it fixed. A few nights in TV stopped working and again straight away it was fixed. Unfortunately i had to call them a few times to get the hot water fixed and in the end i gave up as my stay was almost finished.

Room was too tight with no place to set luggage. Toilet was also too tight. Layout of bathtub relative to commode was weird. Also, toilet seat and lid kept falling over in room I had. Am male so it was annoying that I had to hold them while peeing. Another thing is that while seated, the lid kept touching my back. Location was great, especially since it was connected to the SM City J Mall. Also, it was great that BF buffet with a good selection of items was included.
