Very easy check in and out.

Loved this apartment hotel. So central and room was great. Highly reccommend

The room was extremely warm and had no a/c, the TV would not stay on, parking is free however you need to get a space early and don't leave again. The handheld shower didn't work also. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the early commute

Lovely hotel. We arrived on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready a couple of hours before check-in, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. We stayed in Room 808 (an executive room,) which was clean, comfortable, and appeared to have been refreshed recently. One unique feature was the shared balcony on the 8th floor, where we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights one evening. Access is through a door outside the guest rooms rather than directly from the room itself, which we actually preferred. Some rooms do have direct balcony access, so if you use the shared space, just be mindful of noise and avoid standing directly in front of other guests' doors. The breakfast was quite good. There was a nice selection of coffee and tea, eggs, bacon, sausage, skyr, fresh fruit, assorted breads, and pastries, which gave us plenty of options before heading out for the day. The only issue we encountered was that a couple of days into our stay I noticed I had been charged the full cost of the room on my credit card even though I had prepaid through Hotels.com. When I mentioned it at the front desk, the staff quickly looked into it and processed a refund right away. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, and the early check-in was a wonderful surprise. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Iceland.

Good, but not excellent. Clean, correct and convenient hotel in town, but the overall energy of the place was just fine. Nothing wrong with it and a solid hotel, for sure. If you’re booking an economy room, expect to be in what feels like a spacious closet with no real use of your window that looks out into a dreary back alley. Not my flavor, but if you just need a comfy, cool place to crash while you’re living it up in Reykjavik you’ll probably enjoy it. Glad I got the deal I did. Had I paid more I would be truly disappointed, but it was fine.
