We’ve stayed here twice, the first time eight years ago. The first time there weee macaroons on a CV piece of black slate in the room when we arrived. Not this time. And last time there was a very big wooden door at the entrance that we liked and that was also missing. That said, those are very minor points. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. The location exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to Iceland in a few years and we will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice apartment. Area was nice and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Communication with hosy was lacking. I had a few questions before I left for my trip and no one ever responded. They did not mention anything about parking. You have to pay for parking thevwhole time as there is no parking for the building at all, which would have been good to know and was one of my questions before i got there.

Very clean and modern room (second floor in the outer building), comfy beds and great TV. Very small for two people travelling but ideal for one night. Shame there was no kettle to make tea, only a coffee machine. Bathroom was brilliant and shower was very powerful with lovely shampoo and body wash ...
