"It is a lovingly extended stone cottage between a fast moving stream with a view and a country road. A very well equipped home from home , a perfect base for up to 4 ppl to explore the area. The owner is very responsive, and found her more reliable than the company managing the property.the "

"What an amazing holiday. We spent a week here with extended family and absolutely loved it. There is more than enough space for everyone and all the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is certainly large enough for us as a family of 11 and it was really nice using the dining space for our evening meals together. The cinema room was an added bonus and we all loved playing the Wii for a bit of retro fun. The location is perfect also, just by the lake. There's certainly enough to do in Bala at the lake with swimming and kayaking and it's in a great position for exploring further afield. We took a trip to Portmeirion, climbed Snowden and enjoyed day trips to the coast. The hosts themselves were super helpful and couldn't have done enough for us. All in all a great break and one which I would highly recommend. "

"This was always going to be a special trip - the first in a long time for a lady and her support worker. The cottage is perfect - everything you need is there and there is a stunning view out of every window. The cottage is sooooo big and spacious, and so comfortable. Great location.Wouldnt change a thing. Thank you"
