"Pass key to the room we were originally assigned to did not work which required back and forth to the front desk and wasted time. There was no coffee in the room. Multiple things were broken. I escalated the issues with no response or help from anyone."

"For the price, it was okay. Here are things that we liked: not far from Pinecrest, 10 minute drive. The private lake and play area. Walking paths in front and all around the location. Tons of streaming services on their tv. Friendly neighbors! Small amount of people walking around. Very dark at night. We feel though that maybe it should have been spelled out that the photo of the outside is actually a photo of the entire quadriplex and that it is 1 unit of a shared quadriplex where you share the front deck, its awkward if you weren't expecting that. Also, the parking is just street parking above the location. Its between the street and dirt trench area so if you aren't a good driver or scared of that sort of thing stay away. Also, its honestly not toddler friendly. We had a toddler and were scared from the outside stairs and the railing on the top floor had a big enough gap for her to fit through, but of course stay on top of them. Outside area was dirty/dusty so we couldn't enjoy it. The shared community center area was dirty so we just used it that way and let ourselves get dirty. The zero reception made everything hard. I guess it depends on your service provider? but their wifi was great! We are not use to renting places out there, this is only our 2nd time, so maybe these are all typical and expected things."

"This cabin was the perfect little weekend getaway destination for going to Big Trees and the nearby reservoir. The host was just a call away but was so thorough with instructions that we didn't need to contact for help. We did see a brown bear right outside the cabin at one point so beware! But other than that great affordable place "

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being close to the ski area which made everything very convenient. The room space was a little small, but it felt cozy and comfortable. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a simple and cozy getaway near the slopes."

"What a great surprise! Big trees all around. We had 2 days of rain so cuddled up with a great fire, tv and a book. My husband, son and I loved the amenities- beds towels and a kitchen with all the necessities. Big Trees grocery down the hill. Thank you for a memorable stay:-)"

"Host was very communicative and helpful! Linens, towels and surfaces were very clean! Outdoor furniture was dirty (understand with the time of year). Found old mice droppings in a closet when looking for a broom to clean up after meals. "
