"The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed."

"My stay has been very comfortable, rejuvenating and enjoyable. I have had two superb massages which have really helped me adjust to the time zone changes and helped my body relax from the many hours of plane flights. the staff have been efficient, helpful, and very kind. "
