A nice place to stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere and well furnished rooms. Tasty food served in restaurant. However, room service needs more work on readiness for new clients. The hotel location in a crowded and undeveloped area is a big drawback.

The airport is about 1.5 hours away due to the horrendous traffic. The hotel is situated in an industrial part of town which is not good for a tourist. We ate in the hotel and were presented with 2 menus. One menus was if you are having drinks only and the prices for the drinks were twice as much as was listed on the food menu. We had dinner and a couple of drinks and got the bill. The bill came listing all our drinks at the higher costs. We mentioned this to the server and they would not change the price. We then asked for the evening food manager who stood out in the foyer and talked to the server. About 5 minutes later the server came back with the drink menu and tried again to tell us the prices were right. We asked for the food menu and showed him the price. He goes back to the manager and after 20 minutes came to us with the beer price changed but not the coke or coffee. We sent him back to change the rest of the prices and after talking to the manager the server came back with a correct bill. The entire transaction took well over 30 minutes and the manager was never willing to talk to us directly even though we could see him the entire time. We went to our non smoking room that smelled like smoke and our air conditioner never worked. Check out in the morning was no better as they tried to double charge for a coke even after seeing the receipt for payment. The morning manager stepped in and solved the problem. The morning manager was excellent.

This is the second night we stayed. WiFi problem was fixed. Was trying to move to different room but somehow after having a problem in the middle of the night with the ac and having a technician came. Instead of getting an upgrade but we’re moved to a smaller room. Yes it’s the same type of room but still that’s not just the way to make a guest happy. Location is somewhat convenient but there’s nothing in the neighborhood walkable. Other than that, great brand new hotel, hopefully they maintain it and very friendly staff.

Vicino all'aeroporto un albergo meraviglioso

Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima però siamo arrivati alle 6 di mattina. Abbiamo chiesto di restare qualche ora in piu e il personale invece di fare il checkout alle 10 ci ha fatto stare fino alle 15. La colazione alle 6 era gia pronta. Giudizio eccezionale per noi.
