Entire property was very clean. Rooms are modest but comfort able and there was plenty of room for four. Would stay there again.

I so enjoyed my time in the beautiful city of Budapest and staying at the Eurostars Palazzo Zichy hotel! The hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and the hotel rooms were fantastic and very quiet. The hotel has so much character with its history of having been a palace. It is in a fun location close to the university district with lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
Don’t miss visiting the stunning Metropolitan Ervin Szabo Library that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel!
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit this fantastic city!

We were happy with the location and the facilities. Our greatest concern was reception as the individual who was responsible was not at all concerned or helpful. In fact she was often not available and did not answer phone calls. We were in need of laundry facilities and she informed us that this was available in the grand section but failed to tell us that this was in the one-bedroom units. It would seem that individuals who did not access to e-mail would have a major challenge at check-in, and we saw individuals waiting while no one was at reception. It seems reception may be needed so heads up to individuals wanting to rent here.

"Niet naar de westerse standaard"
"Het huis voldoet niet aan de westerse standaard, dat werd ons meegegeven bij de incheck. De basic inrichting is in de zomer in principe geen bezwaar. Alleen de dunne matrassen wel. Die hebben we met dekbedden en kussens van de banken wat confortabeler gemaakt. De kinderen misten vooral ook de WIFI. ..."
