"Room is dirty a suit , no hot water, the stay is terrible. There wasn’t even a bar of or anything in my room. There’s no hot water at all. The elevators are out of code, and and my hand got suck in the elevator for 3 floors. The emergency button on the elevator didn’t work. So I finally was able to get out on the first floor. I went to the front desk, and asked for an ice pack for my injured hand and they said that we have no ice, and we can’t help you."
