"I have only had excellent experiences at this hotel."

"Conveniently located to the interstate. The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and the room was well stocked with everything one should need such as iron and board, microwave, hair dryer, and soaps, shampoo,and conditioner. Hot breakfast was also very enjoyable. Overall 5 stars. I personally will be coming back to the area in a couple months and plan to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The property was average to slightly above average. It is apparently going through some renovation at the time of our stay. The renovation might have been part of the issue I describe next. The initial impression of our room was above average but declined. The first time using the bathroom I noticed a bug crawling up the wall. I captured it and dispatched it quickly. It was a silverfish. I did not tell my wife as I felt it was a one-off situation. The next morning as we were about to leave my wife spotted a cockroach crawling along the carpet about a foot from the end of the bed. She dispatched it quickly while saying, "I am glad I did not see that last night"! I am too because we would have been searching for a new place to stay. We can tolerate other small things but not small bugs in our room. Again, it is unfortunate that we had the bugs because we could have rated the property better."

"Everything was great during my stay, but I would recommend upgrading your cable provider and offering free WiFi access. I wasn’t able to utilize the use of watching the tv. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as respectful."

"I called room service for extra face cloths and towels she never came to give them to me. The elevator was broken not running at all. We had to take the stairs due to the elevator not working at all."

"The entire property was clean and well maintained. Excellent location 12 minutes to gas South arena. Daily breakfast was good. We're definitely come back to stay at this hotel."
