- Situated in a quiet location and has everything what you need for a perfect holiday. This beautiful new villa "Tomani" is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale, and only 8km from the sea. The Villa is an exclusive, brand new (built in 2016) and in the whole villa you can see the istrian details. It consists of ground and first floor with a total area of 320 m2. On the ground floor: fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, a bedroom with fireplace, two bathrooms and terrace with table and chairs. First floor: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, terrace with seating area. The whole house is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection. In the living room there is a TV, and in one of five bathrroms there is also a wash machine. Bigger garden of 600m2 is surrounded with a stone wall, and privacy is guaranteed, whether you sit in the garden, swim in the pool, sunbathe or have a barbecue. Private parking..
