Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 10.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach 8 km, park "Histria Aromatica" 6.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: amusement park 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wunderschöne Villa mit überdachtem Pool

Neuwertige Villa in privater Lage und nicht weit zum Ort Bale Valle (kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar). Ausstattung alles was man braucht vorhanden (jedoch kein Duschgel oder Shampoo). Über die Straße ein öffentlicher Spielplatz. Man bekommt auch eine Zugangskarte für Parkmöglichkeiten am nahegelegenen Strand Mon Perin (keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme wurde auf alle Wünsche der von mir abgeändert Checkin und auch Checkout Zeit eingegangen
