Tje place is very nice. But I had a disappointing experience this time. I surprise a family member who was visiting and I gave them as a gift for they anniversary a stay at Borgata but spa was closed for maintenance and they could use the next door hotel. But never was told it at the check in. I called and complain why they couldn’t use and they told me that. But them was too late. They forgot

The hotel and restaurants were amazing. I had a special request for a high floor with ocean view and it was granted which I was grateful for. I will definitely stay again. The room was nice, spacious, and clean.
