The property was clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good. My only recommendation is that the hotel offer information on taxi service or other modes of transportation. The staff was not able to offer assistance regarding transportation to the airport.

The staff is super - friendly! The hot breakfast was impressive and actually delicious with a nice variety of items. The bed was comfy while the shower had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed my stay here.

Elevator door did not open and phone # did not work for emergency help. Was very upset that this even happened! Hotel was nice but this presented a very negative experience on my part.

This was our 2nd ti e back. Perfect location to stay and Uber to our concert at the Hard Rock. The staff was very courteous, the hotel was very clean, as was our room. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room was very quiet too. The breakfast buffet was perfect before our trip home and I must say it was also very neat, clean, and orderly! The staff took pride in their service and work. Thank you!
