Great accommodation and extremely comfortable. A winter break for 5 amateur photographers in a beautiful part of Scotland. Good local amenities. House is up a fairly steep hill but the view is worth it.The kitchen diner is a great space and well provisioned. Big fridge/freezer in utility and a similar under counter pairing in kitchen.

Wow, what a place! We had a great holiday at Tamarchan Lodge.
Wow, what a place! We had a great holiday at Tamarchan Lodge. It is located just on the edge of Ballachulish village - quiet and away from the crowds, but an easy walk down to the shops. There are also two lovely walks right from the front door - into the woods at Brecklet or out towards Schoolhouse Ridge and Sgorr Bhan. The house has loads of space and is incredibly well equipped - I've never seen a kitchen in a rental cottage with so much good-quality equipment. We were so comfortable and loved every minute of our time there.
