Hawthorn in Glencoe Village
Hawthorn is a welcoming three-bedroom cottage located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Glencoe, offering a spacious and comfortable base for families or groups exploring the Scottish Highlands. With generous living areas and a peaceful setting surrounded by stunning scenery, it’s an ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
From the entrance hall, guests step into the comfortable formal living room, complete with a Smart TV and DVD player—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the mountains and glens. This leads through to a quieter lounge space with additional seating, offering a peaceful spot to relax. From here you can access the spacious games room with a pool table, as well as a large and private dining area perfect for gathering together for meals. The kitchen is generous in size and fully equipped for self-catering, and just off the kitchen is a cosy breakout seating area overlooking the patio and garden.
The cottage offers three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite. The second bedroom contains 1 king-size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom is arranged as an interconnected space, comprising a single bedroom that leads through to a double bedroom. The en-suite for this arrangement is located beside the single bed, meaning guests staying in the double room will pass through the single room to access both the bedroom and the en-suite facilities. All bedrooms include vanity desks with drawer and hanging space for clothes. Two of the en-suites feature step-in showers, while the third includes a shower over bath.
Ample parking is available directly outside the cottage for multiple vehicles.
Please note the property is accessed via five steps from the car park up to the front door.
Hawthorn enjoys a peaceful position on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Glencoe, one of the most breathtaking locations in the Scottish Highlands. Surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery, waterfalls, and walking trails, it is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts, photographers, and anyone wanting to experience the natural beauty of the area. Guests can explore nearby hikes, visit local cafés and restaurants, or simply take in the spectacular Highland landscapes that make Glencoe such a memorable destination. No smoking, pets or parties.
